Meet Courtney
Courtney loves working with buyers and sellers in Boulder and beyond! She also runs the marketing and social media platforms for Higgins Kalush Collective, the #1 medium-sized team at Compass Boulder in 2022 and many times in 2023.
She was drawn to real estate after being impressed by the all-encompassing realtors that assisted her and her husband in buying their first home in Oakland, California; then having that same great experience selling their next home in the Wonderland Lake neighborhood of Boulder and buying a fixer-upper in Pine Brook Hills with their agent, Kristin Kalush! When an agent goes above and beyond the sale and purchase, it is quite an awesome thing.
Courtney strives to provide her clients the same high-level of service that she has admired. As a marketing expert, having run the listing marketing for 71 properties over the past two years, she has the listing process dialed!
Prior to real estate, Courtney ran social marketing for a local Boulder builder, ran her own business making products for working, breastfeeding moms and spent 12 years in sales and marketing for an investment management company to venture-backed companies. Courtney is a graduate Cornell University. She and her husband reside in the Pine Brook Hills with their four children and dog, Astro. She enjoys hiking, Mecha, skiing, and spending time with family, usually somewhere off the beaten path in their off-road camping vehicles.
