About Dave Rich

David Rich is a real estate, probate, and estate planning and family law attorney and mediator, which gives him deep experience as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate real estate transactions. David’s love for real estate and his passion for helping clients smoothly navigate the home led him to become a Real Estate Agent. David’s experience as a transactional attorney, litigator, and mediator give him unique insight into the negotiating process and his experience as a real estate attorney enables him to spot issues for his clients in their real estate deals. 

 

David grew up in Denver and has lived in Boulder since 1996. He has a B.A. in English Literature and J.D. from the University of Colorado. David serves on the Board of Blue Sky Bridge, a non-profit that provides child abuse intervention and education in Boulder County. In his free time, David likes spending time with his wife Kristin Kalush, their children and skiing, mountain biking, trail running, fly fishing, and cooking.
