About Kristin Kalush

Kristin is an award-winning Real Estate Agent and her business is built on giving each seller a personal, comprehensive marketing plan that leads to a smooth and profitable transaction. Kristin's goal is to find the most qualified buyer, guide her sellers through the sale process and have a successful closing. On the buying side, Kristin's focus is listening to a client's wants and needs and doing whatever it takes to find the property, like marketing through her extensive personal and professional network, sending neighborhood letters, and finding all off-market and coming soon properties. She focuses on listening to her clients and then providing outstanding service to meet their real estate goals.

 

Kristin was raised in the Wisconsin/Michigan area, yet considers herself almost a Colorado Native having lived in the area for the past 30+ years. Kristin came to the University of Colorado Boulder in 1989 and fell in love with the mountains and the Colorado lifestyle and never left. Kristin started her sales and marketing career in the apparel industry and after being encouraged by family and friends to go into real estate based on her passion for the market, she did in 2014 and has since had incredible success. Kristin lives in Boulder with her husband, two children, and their family dog. In her free time, she likes hiking, skiing, playing tennis, and socializing with friends and family.
