Marsha’s love for homes and new construction led her to her profession as a Real Estate Agent. She began her career working for new home builders for 10 years and then transitioned to residential real estate in 1996. Her experience includes sales of new construction, single-family homes, and condominiums/ townhouses in all of Boulder County. Marsha services buyers and sellers across Boulder County, with specific expertise in North Boulder's Newlands and Wonderland Hills neighborhoods.
